Shipping

Shipping and protective packaging cost $15 per order, added at checkout. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your order for delivery. Prints are sold unframed.

Damaged or Incorrect Prints

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong print, please contact gmcarlsonfineart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the print and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Please contact gmcarlsonfineart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, please ship the print back within 14 days.

Prints must be unframed, unaltered, and undamaged, with the Certificate of Authenticity included. Please use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

The buyer pays return shipping. Once the print is received and inspected, the print’s purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

These return conditions do not apply to prints that arrive damaged or incorrect.
